This policy explains how Manon BV (ClickForest) processes personal data via www.clickforest.com. We comply with the GDPR and Belgian privacy regulations.

2. What data do we process and why?
We only process data that is necessary to operate the website, respond to your enquiry and measure visits and advertising performance, with cookies only if you consent.

3. Forms and communications
If you contact us via a form or email, we use your data only to handle your message. We do not automatically add you to a newsletter or marketing list.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies. On your first visit you will see a cookie banner where you can accept or decline.
Important: analytical and marketing cookies are only placed after you give your consent. Google Analytics already loads before you choose and also after you decline, in that case without cookies (see 4.1). Microsoft Clarity and Leadinfo load regardless of your cookie choice (see 4.3 and 4.4).

You can change your choice later via the cookie settings on the website (if that link is available in your footer), or by deleting cookies via your browser settings.
4.1 Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
We use GA4 to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics cookies (such as _ga) are only placed after you click Accept all.
GA4 already loads before you choose and also after Necessary only, in that case without cookies or identifiers. For each page you view and each other event GA4 measures, a signal goes to Google with the page, the referring page, your browser type, the time and your consent status. Google uses these signals to model how the site is used. As with any request on the internet, Google sees your IP address; according to Google, GA4 does not store IP addresses.
4.2 Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
We use conversion tracking and remarketing via Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. This helps us measure which campaigns work and show relevant ads. This also only happens with your consent.
4.3 Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages: where they click, how far they scroll and where they drop off. To do so, Clarity also records visits. Clarity loads regardless of your cookie choice, on every language version of the site. Without your consent, Clarity does not place cookies.
4.4 Leadinfo
Leadinfo uses the IP address to recognise which company is visiting our website, so we can follow up business interest. To do so, Leadinfo stores an identifier in your browser's local storage (_li_id and _li_ses). It loads regardless of your cookie choice, on the Dutch and French pages. You can erase that data by deleting the site data for clickforest.com in your browser settings.
5. Who do we share data with?
We do not sell your data. We only share data with processors necessary to run the website and enable measurement, such as:
- Cloudflare (website platform, hosting and database)
- Resend (email processing for contact form)
- Google (GA4 and Google Ads)
- Meta (Meta Pixel)
- LinkedIn (Insight Tag)
- Microsoft (Clarity)
- Leadinfo (company recognition)
6. Transfer outside the EEA
Our website runs on Cloudflare Workers, a platform with data centres worldwide including in the EU. However, Cloudflare is a provider headquartered outside the EEA. Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft are also international providers.
In that context, in exceptional cases there may be a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Where necessary, appropriate safeguards are used, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). You can request information about this via privacy@clickforest.com.
7. How long do we retain data?
We do not retain data longer than necessary:
