From analysis to complete optimization

When ClickForest started working with MyEssentials, there was already a webshop, but it did not meet the requirements of modern e-commerce. The navigation was unclear, the homepage was cluttered, and the product photos were not professional enough to convince customers.

We started with a very extensive CRO analysis to identify all bottlenecks in the customer journey. After 4 to 6 weeks of intensive work and countless optimizations, we had transformed the site into a gem that now generates enough daily conversions to be proud of.

Complete rebuild of content and structure

Every layer of the webshop received a thorough upgrade. We provided new product photos that truly showcase the quality and style of the collections. All product descriptions were rewritten and made persuasive, with a focus on benefits and emotional triggers.

Extensive online marketing program

In addition to optimizing the webshop, we launched a complete online marketing program. Both Google and Meta were utilized, each with a strategic approach tailored to the platform and target audience.

For Google, we opted for an extensive Performance Max campaign with photos, text, and videos. All products were uploaded via Google Merchant Center for maximum visibility in Shopping. All conversions also had to be re-established because they were incorrectly configured. The Google campaign is performing well and regularly generates purchases.

However, the real cash cow currently is Meta ads. Here, we worked with intelligent Advantage+ campaigns, linked to flexible images and videos, as well as catalog sales. We created audiences for users who interacted with products and social channels, and are slowly scaling up the budget because we generate several sales daily.
