How a thorough CRO analysis, complete rebuild and targeted campaigns transformed a fashion webshop into a profitable online business.

From analysis to complete optimisation
When ClickForest started working with MyEssentials there was already a webshop, but it didn't meet the requirements of modern e-commerce. The navigation was unclear, the homepage overloaded and the product photos not professional enough to convince customers.
We started with a very extensive CRO analysis to identify every pain point in the customer journey. After 4 to 6 weeks of intensive work and countless optimisations we had turned the site into a gem that now generates enough daily conversions to be proud of.
Full rebuild of content and structure
Every layer of the webshop received a thorough upgrade. We arranged new product photos that truly showcase the quality and style of the collections. All product descriptions were rewritten and made compelling, with a focus on benefits and emotional triggers.

Extensive online marketing journey
Alongside optimising the webshop, we launched a full online marketing programme. Both Google and Meta were activated, each with a strategic approach suited to the platform and target audience.
For Google we chose an extensive Performance Max campaign with photos, text and videos. All products were loaded via Google Merchant Center for maximum Shopping visibility. All conversions also had to be reconfigured as they had been set up incorrectly. The Google campaign runs well and regularly brings in purchases.
But the real cash cow at the moment is the Meta advertising. Here we worked with intelligent Advantage+ campaigns, combined with flexible images and videos as well as catalog sales. We created audiences for users who had interacted with products and social channels, and are scaling the budget gradually because we generate multiple sales every day. A warm and rewarding collaboration
Frederiek considers this a very warm and rewarding collaboration with Chris and Elena. They had built their webshop with great passion, but lacked the experience to take that final step towards profitability. ClickForest filled that gap perfectly.
