Approach: ClickForest combined a complete UX/UI audit (Hotjar), redesign of the in-store customer journey, restructuring of the online offering, and customized digital campaigns.

Using Hotjar heatmaps and recordings, we thoroughly mapped customer behavior on the existing webshop.
