Challenge: An established store of nearly 100 years, thousands of square feet, but limited visibility online and a web shop that was more of a hobby project than core business.
Approach: ClickForest combined a full UX/UI audit(Hotjar), redesign of the customer journey in the store, restructuring of the online offer as well as customized digital campaigns.

The physical store was completely redesigned: garden machinery and outdoor cooking were given their own zone, while the mood makers for indoor and outdoor were placed in an inspiring setting. Digital strategy & UX audit
Using Hotjar heatmaps and recordings, we fully mapped customer behavior on the existing webshop. Based on these insights, the site was redesigned: clear categories for garden furniture, wellness, mood makers and outdoor cooking. Each step was aimed at greater ease of use and higher conversion.
